I’m so happy you’re here.
I’m daisy the founder of Tangmo Wellness and a passionate yoga teacher with a heart-led mission to help others reconnect with their body, breath, and Soul voice. My journey with yoga began over 15 years ago—during a time of deep personal struggle with anxiety and anorexia, following a demanding life as a competitive athlete. From the age of 10, I trained and competed in Scottish and British athletics championships, a path that came with both discipline and immense pressure. That pressure, eventually, led me to spiral.
But being an athlete also made me a fighter.
Yoga entered my life as a gentle invitation—an invitation to move differently, breathe deeply, and feel more. It became my anchor and my expression. And over time, it became my calling.
I trained in some of the world’s most beautiful and sacred places, including Bali and Thailand, immersing myself in a range of yoga styles: Vinyasa, Yin, Power Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Yoga for Mental Health and Anxiety, Teen and Kids Yoga. For the past 6 years, I’ve been teaching and sharing this practice across the globe, including founding and running my own studio—Tangmo—in Falmouth.
The name Tangmo holds a very special place in my heart. During my travels and work in schools and charities, I met a young girl in Thailand named Tangmo, who struggled with mutism. Through yoga, meditation, and art therapy, she began to find her voice again—and so did I. Our shared journey of healing, courage, and connection became the inspiration behind the name of my studio i ran in Cornwall to the retreats I share with you all now and everything it represents: finding your inner voice, your truth, your heart.
Today, I offer online yoga and wellness retreats across South Devon, Cornwall, and Scotland—with dreams of returning to host retreats in Thailand to continue this work where it all began.

Online Classes With Daisy

Online Embodied Flow
Flow like honey with your breath guiding every rythym and vibration. This practice allows you to connect deeply with your breath, body whilst tuning in to the sense of feeling and adjusting each transition, pose and movement to feel nourishing for you and your body. Your time on the mat is so sacred and i'm here to guide and support you to enjoy every moment.
Online Yin and chinese Medicine
Oh yin, what are truly magical practice you are. This class is all about honouring the chinese ancient healing and balancing wisdom of yin and yang. With todays busy world we are mostly in our yang (masculine energy) so this class is designed to balance and bring out our yin side, to slow down, find stillness holding poses for longer supporting our bodies with props and trusting in gravity to support us. We will explore our meridians ( energy lines that runs through our body ) carrying chi ( vital energy) to allow to flow more freely, helping release stagnat energy whilst stretching deep into our connective tissues releasing stored up fasia and blood flow. Although it sounds like a dreamy relaxing practice, which it can be... it can be hard for those who struggle with a busy mind to switch off, so take it easy on yourself if your mind starts to wonder and gently bring awarness to breath and the present moment.


Online Yoga Nidra & Sound healing
Did you know 1 hour of yoga nidra is the equiviant to 4 hours sleeping?! Get ready to hop into something comfortable, get those fluffy socks on, tuck yourself into your blanket and create a safe space where you wont be distrubed. This is a practice to allow you to do nothing but feel supported as you rest. I will guide you every step of the way, relaxing your body, mind and connecting you to your soul, your inner teacher, true voice and guide. This practice will also allow you to balance and bring awarness to your chakras, ending the practice with sound healing. Pure magic.
