Spring Awakening Retreat at Mothercombe Gardens.

Celebrate the Spring Equinox with a soul-nourishing retreat on March 22nd (9:30 AM – 1 PM) in the stunning natural sanctuary of Mothercombe Gardens.

 

This transformative morning is designed to awaken your senses, restore balance, and embrace the energy of the new season.  

What’s included:  
- Guided Spring meditation, releasing somatic breath-work, and a journaling circle to set your intentions for spring  

- Invigorating spring awakening Vinyasa flow to energize and uplift moving intuitively with the breath.

-  Transition into Seasonal Spring Yin yoga infused with Chinese medicine wisdom, bringing harmony to body and mind  

- Followed by A soothing sound bath, yoga Nidra, and head massage for deep relaxation and renewal  

- Nature Grounding through the beautiful gardens to connect with nature’s rhythms  

- A mindful walk through Mothercombe Gardens to the beach, embracing the fresh coastal air ( perhaps a refreshing cold water dip too to energise) 

- Followed by a nourishing seasonal organic lunch and homemade cakes, made with fresh, local ingredients

“My friend and I had a fantastic experience at the yoga retreat. We had no experience of yoga and were a bit nervous prior to attending the weekend ,but we had no need to worry, as from the minute we got their Daisy made us feel welcome and at ease.
